All rates are in Australian Dollars. The Official Government Fees are exempt from GST. However, GST, if applicable, should be added to our Professional Fees. However, all other minor disbursements, will be included in the price quoted.
Pre-filing Trade Mark Search and Preliminary Advice:
Conduct a search of various databases and providing advice to you on the availability to use, and the registrability of the proposed mark
Application for Registration:

Reporting to you on the examiner's report and advising you in respect of overcoming the examiner's objections. (This is traditionally charged for at hourly rates, but we provide this at no extra charge)

Responding to the Examiner's Objections:
A report on the examiner's objections will be provided free of charge. This report will include advice on overcoming the examiner's objections and requesting your further instructions.
The report will include a firm quote for preparing and filing a response in argument to the examiner's report, which will be based on $280 per hour.
IIn the event that the examiner's objections are not overcome, or varied, a further report will be provided free of charge. This report will include our further advice and a firm quote for any further action required.
Post Acceptance Procedure:
This is traditionally an extra charge, but we provide these services at no charge.
