AU-TRADEMARKS is an Internet based trade mark registration service.  The principal of AU-TRADEMARKS is Peter Close.

Peter is a registered Trade Marks Attorney.  Peter is also admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales as well as a Barrister and a Solicitor in The Australian Capital Territory.

Peter has had extensive experience in the trade mark field since 1987.

Peter first became involved with trade marks as an examiner of trade marks with the Australian Trade Marks Office.  During his eight years experience there, he developed an expertise in many issues regarding trade mark law and practice at a senior level.  He still retains many useful contacts with the Office.
